Custom Furniture Making Services in Nairobi: Providers and Contacts
Custom furniture making allows customers to order pieces that match their room dimensions, preferred materials, colours, storage needs, and interior design. Instead of choosing only from ready-made products, customers can work with a furniture maker to develop a specific design.
Common projects include beds, dining tables, sofas, office desks, TV units, bookshelves, reception counters, wardrobes, and fitted storage. Custom furniture is useful in apartments with limited space, offices with special layouts, restaurants, hotels, and homes with unusual room dimensions.

How to Order Custom Furniture
Start by measuring the available space. Consider doorways, staircases, electrical sockets, and movement around the furniture. Choose materials according to the expected use and maintenance requirements.
Solid timber, plywood, MDF, and particleboard have different costs and performance characteristics. Solid timber may be suitable for certain durable furniture pieces, while quality plywood or MDF can work well for selected cabinets and panels.
Compare quotations carefully. A low price may exclude delivery, installation, finishing, or quality hardware. Ask how changes to the design will affect the cost and production time.
